At Effortless Online Store, we ensure secure, reliable, and convenient payment options for all our customers. By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the following payment terms:

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

Net Banking (major Indian banks)

Wallets (where applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD) [if offered]

2. Payment Processing

All payments must be completed at the time of placing an order, except for COD (if available).

Transactions are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment gateways.

Effortless Online Store does not store your full payment card or UPI details.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on our website/app are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation

An order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization from your bank/payment provider.

If payment fails, the order will not be processed.

5. Refunds & Payment Reversals

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within the standard processing time (usually 7–10 business days).

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) [If Applicable]

COD may be available for select locations/orders.

Customers are required to make full payment in cash at the time of delivery.

Failure to accept and pay for COD orders may result in suspension of COD service for that customer.

7. Failed Transactions

In case of a failed transaction but money is debited from your account, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.

8. Fraud Prevention

Effortless Online Store reserves the right to cancel or hold any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
